- All devotees are requested to adhere for below terms & conditions:
- Report to temple at the time specified along with Acknowledgement receipt.
- A copy of online ticket is essential to avail Darshan..
- An ID proof on the name of ticket holder should be carried all the while inside temple.
- Devotees are requested to collect the prasadam on the same day of darshan.
- Only two person allowed per ticket for Darshan. Children less than 5 years are also permitted to follow their parents.
- Applicable charges will be collected for online darshan facilities as per rules of Sri Naga Sai Trust, Coimbatore. In addition, devotees required to pay non-refundable internet reservation charges.
- Sri Naga Sai Trust reserves the right to cancel Darshan facility for Devotee in case of failure of producing necessary documents. Also reserve rights to change / cancel Darshan timeslots in case of unavoidable circumstances.

- Ticket is non-transferable and cannot be cancelled.
- Amount will not be refunded to devotees after cancellation of Darshan.
- Amount will not be refunded to devotees after cancellation of Donation.
